Improvements to Cyclone

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME FIX!!!!!!!!
Auto path finding opop pls nerf!
Or add this mechanic to all movements skills in game to be fair!
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Here's hoping shield charge receives similar treatment. Growing tired of having to slot leap slam when I want to use shied charge just so I can clear that 2cm high pebble stopping me in my tracks.

Do the same with shield charge, it stops on any barely visible crap
All movements skills should be this way, not to make the game easier, just more comfortable... This is a good step into the game. Awesome!!

Love this change, it was really needed for HC and this is gonna go somewhere towards fixing the aoe drop, and if you'd asked me if i'd rather have better pathing or a bigger aoe i'd probably choose the first for the safety and consistency.
