Why would they do that ? So we can have years of busted COC-like clear and survivability again? Stupid idea, movement skills like this are supposed to have commitment downsides which is why they arent changing them to stop on demand.

I only played cyclone once, as a supporting "single target" skill to my oro's flickerstrike pathfinder... It wasn't "bad" as people say, but i definitely riped few times because i stopped spinning and leaching.

When only this change goes live i'll make dedicated cycloner.

uuuh finally! and now make it act like Walking so the direction you spin to isnt just linear, for that you can make the mana consumption draining. like blight or scorching ray
