lol, you guys are simply great.
I've asked for tons of name changes and I'm always so surprised to hear back from support in as little as 5-10 minutes. This is shocking, especially for such a huge game. My friend recently got a problem with e-mail (his mail was deleted so he had to attach a new one to his account). It took them 4 days to do that, even tho he provided all details to confirm his identity on the first day. 4 days to change a string in a database, dude. And he was unable to play all this time, technically banned from the game. Do they lack staff to handle all requests in time or some priorities are wrong, like handling pets and stuff while some people have serious issues with their accounts? Idk. As for myself I never had problems with the games to contact support, but guess this credit goes to programmers and QA team :)
