Hey, this build isnt good as a leaguestarter since ppl need to run Esh's Domain first to get these claws. Breaches can only appear in maps now.

Hey, I removed the Unwavering Stance thing because we need some more ES and reduced reflected damage taken from tree since we no longer hav Vaal Pact. However there is a nice anti-stun thing you can get from Pantheon.

Will make a Pantheon-section today.

The leveling process doesnt change in 3.0 (atleast for act 1-4).

Given nerfs to ES and HOWA, what would your reasons be for taking this build over a life Raider Elebuzzsaw with claws build?

Aixx, i modified a bit your elemental spectral throw. Now is uses life instead of ES.

Update: didn't noticed 3.0 HoWa nerf. It no longer stacks. SAD! I don't want to use shields. Is there any ways to keep using dual wielding Claws?
