[2.6] Chaos Assassin {Poison Spectral Throw}

Bino's is very slow attacks per second and does not have local attack speed either. i would never recommend it for spectral throw.

I want to do chaos spectral throw instead of meta howa. Is this or a mortem Morsu build better or are they similar in damage and such?

I have not played mortem morsu past leveling stage so I cant help you there friend.

This is the first Spectral Throw build I've seen that uses a shield. Is this new? Does it make up for the loss in damage from using a 2nd/different dagger?

Just curious because I played a dual-wielding Spectral Thrower last League and couldn't get by the T15 boss maps to get to the Shaper. Maybe I just sucked or I, indeed, needed a shield/stats for survivability.

Hey quick question, i'm thinking in going on double Scourge for Double dipping acction goin, cause the minnion damage double dip the poison and i'm thinking in dual then, do you think that can work?

Yes scourge is great for this build.

Would this still be doable in 3.0?

thinking also dagger with the new taproot.

Can anyone update the skill tree please? The one linked in the OP is messed up. And I, for one, am too new to the tree to figure it out myself.
