Requirement for this build to work

Early: Level 90-92
-750ES / 2 Res Vaal regilia
-240 eDPS 6L Voltaxic
-Dying sun
-1 arrow Soul-strike
-Shaper touch/ thunderfist
- 30% WED, res Rings and Crystal belt
-Helm 350 ES ( get whatever you can enchantment, Dying sun and 1 arrow soul-strike is enough )
i've used a 36% duration wither helm and it still #$@@!3 tons of dps for 5 chaos, so dont blame that you cant find anygood enchantment.


Min-maxing : -> reach lv 95 to fill the flask nodes in scion

-850+ ES/ res Vaal regilia

- Try to get a 5L +1 arrow Voltaxic (230eDps +)

- Shaper's touch with temp chain ( vorci 2B-2R for wither setup)

-Try to find better Rings with other stats than just WED/Res (still a must)
Example: Add lightning to attacks, Chaos damage, lightning damage, damage with poison, Strengh...

Crystal belt with Reduced flask charge( divine to 20%) + Wed, res, strengh.

-Helm 400 es + 2 barrage.

-Get a support run lv 28 wrath, and 20 stacks wither for hundred mils of Dips

I've around 1900 c to min Max this build . What should I buy ?

Have a vinktar too... conversion one. Is better than flat or penetration ?

conversion does nth, u dont have much phys to convert lol, flat is best

Would set the bar a little bit lower....
Did shaper (first try ever)(and like everything except uber atziri) with:
Level 89(88 would have worked too cause i only took 1dex node pathing to a jewel)
-730 es regalia 2low res
