Hello rusherboy, I've been following this build last few days and are having heaps of fun, as a new player its a really newbie friendly build and fun at the same time.

I have a few questions for you in regards to gem setup.

In the Cast when damage taken 4 link you have immortal call, as I understand the ability it uses endurance charges but for the life of me I can't see from looking on your gear or the end game passive tree anything which grants endurance charges, the uniques you link gear wise and flasks don't seem to say anything related to charges.

So where do you get the endurance charges from in combat?

My other question is the the 6 slot weapon and its gem allocation. Since I'm a fairly new player I believe the gems you have in the budget build weapon don't link to wild strike unless they were via links directly and in the same item, so I was wondering why you have a bunch of support gems e.g. projectile in those slots?

Or do support gems globally effect your abilities if you have them in other items?

If I may make a request, it would be beneficial to a new player if there was on the first post a section for gem links e.g. Here is the links for wildstrike and how I set them up: wild strike: +melee phys + added fire + multistrike + ele focus + wep ele dam.

I only ask this as the forums way of displaying gear with gems in does pop ups all over the mouse pointer and it would just be easier to have a list of the gem config in the order they need.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have tidied up the original post and added gemlink setup with each gear.

Now to your questions.

Immortal Call does not need Endurance Charges to proc, the charges only add to it's duration. The proc without Endurance Charges is around 0,2 secs but thats all you need to not get stunlocked so it is super important.

The other question about the unlinked sockets in the axe.
Ngamahu's Flame has an innate skill called Molten burst wich has a 20% chance to cast when you hit something. We hit 6-8 times a second so it procs alot. Sockets in the axe link to that skill and the sockets don't need to be linked. Since it's Wild Strike that is doing the damage in this build, we utilize the molten burst for some free on hit effects like Blind and Curse on Hit.

Hope that helps :)

Ahhh, I thought immortal call required endurance charges to work properly, rather the charges increasing the duration, that makes more sense than the tooltip.

I come from playing D3 so I thought the weapon effect was just well, a gimmick effect, so that explains why you can link the support gems to it then, that is handy to know, thanks for filling me in on that and also thanks for the gem section, much appreciated.
Hi,

- Wild Strike converts 100% Phy to Cold, Fire, or Lighting.
- Ngamahu converts 50% Phy to Fire
- Avatar of Fire converts 50% Phy to Fire

Questions:
How do these conversion all work? Which one get converted first?
When Wild Strike converts damage to lighting/cold, we don't get 100% conversion because Avatar of Fire only converts 50% of that, right?

I thought that I had a grasp on how it works, but it turns out I was partly wrong. Your question got me to ask in the main forums and it seems I was wrong about Xoph's Blood.

I have changed it out now for another necklace and edited the original post.

Important notice!

I have changed the amulet of the build.

I was under the assumption that by going "Full fire" with Avatar of Fire the build would benefit from the Fire Penetration from Ngamahu's and Xoph's Blood.

It seems though that 2/3 of the times (when cold and lightning proc) it's kinda wasted and we're better off using a good rare.

I'm not 100% on the math but at the moment I'm using this instead

You can still use Xoph's Blood, but for now I have changed.

Don't forget that you lose the covered in Ash tho. It's 20% more fire DMG which even if you are not getting 100% fire conversion, it is alot of dmg. Probably more than any rare. I not sure about the uptime of the covered in Ash tho. I know it procs when you are hit but don't know the percent chance.

Hey, great Guide. But you should update with the actual items and skill tree. It differs from your current gear and tree.
