I have a 40% WS helm as well and swap them out accordingly

I would get a Wise Oak flask it's amazing (Remeber to check your resist at the same time)
After that trying to replace your amulet.

According to path of building Wise Oak gives me 5% damage and Sorrow Of The Divine gives me 8%. Is it worth picking up a wise oak? The price spiked recently and they are around 20-30c.

Sorrow of the Divine is fine up to Guardians/Shaper although Wise Oak has also adds to elemental defenses wich is too often overlooked.

Wise Oak is only good if you fix your resitances so until then use something else.

Hey, sorry this may be common knowledge but I am unaware of how smoke cloud (blind) works on a character that has very little evasion in the first place. From reading blind it seems like it wouldn't do anything unless you had a bunch of evasion in the first place.

Anyone care to explain what I am not understanding about the mechanics of it? I assume it does more than what I think it does since it is used in the build.

Switch to double strike for Atziri split phase. You probaly have more than enough DPS to do the entire fight with double strike though (hell I even killed her once with leap slam only)

I killed myself once then the following times i made sure to just position myself so my back was to the reflect one so the cold projectiles were not hitting it and I did fine

For the boot enchant, what do u think about the penetration on kaoms for end game bosses?

Also, is HoA best or can I use HoI?

I use Kaom's myself, and have attack speed enchant, but would prefer the ele penetration...

As for Herald of Ice, it wouldn't do much besides add a tiny bit of damage, because you aren't freezing anything. Herald of Ash adds more damage which is by far the best for this type of build
