Also forgot to ask, ngamahu would be better than 470pdps axe with 1.5 aps? Checked recent pages and didnt found the answer( POB says rare>ngamahu but im not sure about calculationg molten bursts.

This is my third build this league that has gotten into mid maps, and this is by far the best one. I tried a Frost bolt Totem build and realized it was never going to do bosses, then I tried a Scion LA/BA ranger from neversink, and although it did a lot of damage, it never got much life and lacked serious leech.

This build however, is amazing. I was able to face-tank Kitava all but one ability (Flame breath due to gradual damage not +15%) and also did T10 maps nicely at level 73.

Echo-ing some other posts, health is the most important aspect of this build, if you can't be one shot, you can face-tank most things with this build, while leveling however i recommend you pick up damage on way to VP then re-spec out of damage into health when near Act 9 ready for face-tank Kira.

Around level 73 is where I started taking the main damage nodes, having completed life and evasion, and my dps was still around 40k at that time, it can only get higher.

Once again, thank you for this great build, finally I may be able to do shaper one day.

One question though, the skill tree seems like its trying to scale Aliment damage but the build uses the Elemental Focus Support gem hence ignoring all the aliment damage scaling.

Is this done on purpose? Are the nodes with aliment damage just for the other stats that are on the node?
