The build looks nice. I plan to use it as a league starter in 3.0. Maybe take it all the way to Shaper if I like it. It's reasonably sure that it won't get hit by any of the changes as it's not a popular or OP skill. What do you mean about melee in 3.0 ? Volatiles are being changed in the beta realm so they are not an issue anymore.
