[2.6]400K+DPS FreezingPulse is Back Perma Freeze T15(Shield Charge Ver Update/FrostBolt For Fun)

Freezing Pulse with new jewel just doing pretty well in 2.6
Actually Build thought is come from mas_mariano's build

i almost do the same freeze like his video doing
but i have
1.change some gem link
2.change skill tree
3.new gears
4.shield charge

What's New:
This is a 2.6 build and I don't recommend you guys to play this in 3.0
The ES nerf is ok,but losing the Vaal Pact is such a big lost for defense.
RIP BUILD
But many people has asked me for skill tree so i made some hope it will help if you're still want to play this in 3.0

3.0 Skill Tree:

274K DPS Wit Charge & Flask (Without Atziri's Promise 238K)
x Hypothermia(1.39) x Inquisitor Augury of Penitence(1.16)

(238 x 1.39 x 1.16) + [(274-238) x 1.39)]
=433K

with 21/20Freezing Pulse & Lv4 Empower & 20/20 Q gems
75.84% crit(diamond flask = 94%)
510%crit multi

with Insanity Glove instead of Maligaro's & Going for Shield Charge

250K DPS Wit Charge & Flask (Without Atziri's Promise 219K)
x Hypothermia(1.39) x Inquisitor Augury of Penitence(1.16)

(219 x 1.39 x 1.16) + [(250-219) x 1.39)]
=396K

the DPS is about 9-10%less,but the mapping speed would be really fast.

Somehow I am using faster projectile at the beginning for the 6L
It's great for cleaning trash
But 20Q gem + Skill Tree is pretty enough for cleaning map like packs to packs.
you can switch it between Map Clean and Boss Fight.

Most of the time,I only using Faster Projecile,and it's enough for most of the mapping boss fight.

I am using a mana flask for no regen maps
(although I have vaal clarity but still need some mana for start.)

and I am using a Portal Gem too.
you can replace it for a Vaal lighting Trap if you need.

Mapping Tips:
Bisco's Collar is a insance magic finder gear,you can using it in farming mid-high tiers maps
Huge Boost,more currency,more 6S,more unique.
and it just cost you 8-10chaos

Start Mapping Gear:



If you want to mapping faster,go get a Insanity Glove,and go for Shield Charge,but please take off frost wall if you do that,frost wall properly will trolling you when you are using shield charge.
maybe replace it by a cold snap

Gears though:

Weapon:Dagger 130+crit/#cold dmg to spell/one prefix mod for crafting spell dmg/crit multi/attack speed
with out crit multi about 10-30C
with crit multi 1-3ex

Shield:300+es 50+ crit
will cost you 5-10c
upgrade to a 450+es 100+crit
for about 3-5ex

body amour:400+es 6L for 30-50C
700+es 6L for 8-10ex(or Luck :P)

Glove: Maligaro / 200+ES

Helmet:Buy a 12%cast speed/40% FP Damge Enchanted 84LV Hurbis Circle,then spaming chaos/essence to it

Boot:150+ES resis,don't need movement speed while we are whirling blades every where
for 5-10C

Belt:any belt will ES & resis
2-5C
upgrade to a crystal Belt later
50-80c

Ring:Strength - Resis - ES - %ES
5C

Ring:Valyrium for Stun
1C
Amulet:The Halcyon total 80% dmg 10%chance to freeze,dex are nice too
20-30C


Gem Links though:

4L:FP - Spell Echo - Con Dis - Crit Strike

5L:Crit Damage

6L:Faster Projectile/Hypothermia

Last Upgrade:replace Increase Crit Dmg -> LV4 Empower

Although area of effect getting nerf in 2.6,but blasphemy still being a good choice for FP,because you're always facing you enemy to getting the largest dmg.

Orb on Storm - PCoC - CoH - AS Mark Setup
Sustain you Power Charges in Boss Fight and under control.
HoI Setup is unstable on hard boss fight,but great for mapping.



Jewel:


First,2 First Snow,Pretty Cheap there date
an the other jewel
you wanna get 3% chance to freeze
and then go for some crit multi/spell dmg/projectile dmg/resis if you need
With the Amulet 10% , Hypothermia 10% ,jewel 9% ,Freezing Pulse Base 25%
You Finally got something like 54% chance to freeze
and don't forget a critical strike that deal more than 5% life of the monster will get freeze to them too.

I've made leveling Skill Tree and some Leveling Guide :)
and for the Ascendancy Class
I haven't play assassin with the build
but here are some advice from me

Inquisitor
20%attack Speed(helping you to whirling faster,map cleaning speed is everything)
30%cast speed(Huge Boost)
30%Spell damge(Nice)
45%crit multi always(Nice)
Ingore resis(Main point,what you see is what you get,don't need to stack penetration anomore)
Augury of Penitence(Hidden 16% more Damage,Huge)

Assassin
Don't need to sustain Power Charge(Nice)
Culling Strike(Nice)
Don't need a diomond Flask(Nice)
Maybe you can save some crit note from skill Tree(Nice)
but
less attack speed,cast speed
and you need to stack your penetration,such as
upgrade you The Halcyon to get 20% pen,and lost 10%chance to freeze & 50% increased dmg
Replace one Gem to cold pen,such as increased crit srike

I don't know which will be better,
but Inquisitor just are my cup of tea.

I've add recommend for 4L and 5L Gems link

I think Hypothermia should be the last

while you didn't stack up you freezing chace and damage and the beginning of the build.

For the helmet enchants....which one is the best? 40% increased Freezing Pulse Damage or the cast speed?

I would say cast speed,because you've got so much increased damage note already,skill tree,first snow,halcyon,ascendancy,maybe jewel got some too,atleast 400%+ increased note,it's not too effectively to boost another 40% .
but you have only got around 50-60% incresaed cast speed and Spell Echo.

What bandits did you go for?
