[2.6] Atmotion's 100% fire 'Xogama' Cyclone - Fun, Easy, Budget, Fast, Endgame Viable (No 5-6L req!)

Playing this atm, smooth and fun playstyle. Gathered enough currency for a Xoph's blood around the time I hit tier 9 maps, huge boost to clearspeed. At tier 12 atm and things are getting tougher with occasional spike damage (especially with Beyond uniques and map crit multiplier rolls in my experience, could be my meager 5,5k life) but DPS is keeping up pleasantly.
