In a budget yes, that amulet is cool, but astramentis helps you getting dex when converting all your dex nodes in the tree to str.
Is what I am running :) Playing it as a chieftain crit,I've got 8,1k life and 1,1k Strenght, had to swap to EQ during lvling because Molten Strike sucks for that but it's amazing in single target. Still gotta get some good Opal Rings but I am too poor to.
has anyone tried with a three rat talisman(the one who gives between 13-16% to all atr) with 40 str? idk if it will be better than the astramentis
A good rolled Talisman will probably beat Astramentis. Xoph's is probably better than both. BiS IMO.

OP you should take Iron Grip, easy damage for 1 point. Also for your links, I would drop Faster Attacks for Inc AOE and Conc Swap for scary bosses. Way more dps and has better clear speed.

Lions Roar is worse than useless, knockback will move the monsters out of your projectiles and it basically adds no DPS anyways.
IGN: Dmillz

I dont see this being more than a super boss killer build so I took Iron Grip,Point Blank and I went with ; Molten Strike,WED,Point Blank(stacks with keystone),Multistrike,Conc & Crit strikes.
