Im gonna add Jugg alternative today also champion and slayer edition coming on this week.

Info > juggernaut is my first non crit based elemental overload tempest edition , my expectations was very low but i somehow manage to hit 1.25M dmg with point blank. (non charged and without shock its 670K dmg)

Uniques added to Jugg Edition
= Ungil's harmony ( ridiculously overpowered crit source for sustain EO and only thing you should look is +50 life they about 1c or less.)

= Maloney's Nightfall ( I think a lot about quiver and i pick this because gives free smoke cloud and %10 As .Smoke cloud is very good def source point blank is dangerious mechanic i try to make more tanky as possible without compromise the damage. Its very easy to find +1 arrow on this since price is 1 jeweller to 1 alc )


Info 2 I give up on saboteur edition his damage seems rather weak , his replacement is non crit EO champion has point blank as well. Champion has same gear as jugg edition , he has fortify and better attack speed also my opinion is jugg is more tanky. Champion has buffed 1.49M dmg.

Info 3 I play slayer before , i dont draw his new skill tree yet but i can tell he is not gonna be elemental overload , he is full crit like assasin since slayer has many good stuff i dont need to pick stun immunity i have many skill points.Slayer edition gonna be very strong.


Update 1 > JUGG ADDED & Table Updated.(New Tier 0 added they are colored as purple shows best of best stats of all my builds)

Update 2 > Choir of the storm buffed with 3.0 now its %50 increased lighning damage instead of %50 light crit dmg, means we get even more damage.dmg now calculated as x2.5 instead of X2 + 0.5 (Crit) that is basicly %25 more damage on paper , Every flat damage now gets %50 inc dmg yay !

Update 3 > GGG nerfing the unique flasks my guess is vinktar leech gonna nerf to %10 or even %5 , also Wise oak can be reduced %50. But none of those effects this builds gameplay. My builds already has %50 pen without any flask minimum you dont even feel the nerf %10 is nothing. ( wise oak isnt even in build before that old one use to be double vinktar )

Update 4 > I just saw upcoming uniques released today none of them useful for tempest.Still waiting new ones.

When throwing around your insane DPS numbers, keep in mind to not play check box warrior.

This for example. And millions of DPS are useless against trash anyways, since you are not using Barrage for anything else, but bulky Rares and Bosses.

Besides that, I really like the concept of stacking up that flat lightning with Tempest. It kind of gives the Doomfletch feeling, when stacking flat phys.
But I would pick the added lightning Vinktar's over the Pen one, since it scales really hard.

One could spend the last points for the flask effect nodes at alchemist and another jewel socket for a decent boost in damage.

GGG gonna rework on "immunity system" with 3.0,its stronger than doomflech (with 3.0 doomflech gonna nerf %33 less dmg so yes far stronger) you can use attack dmg vinktar i avoid to put there because its more expensive than pen one.I dont pick flask effect nodes because it req too much skill point investment this build isnt pathfinder you dont need everything related to flask , i try to make possible as "pathfinder" for farming experiance i think %40 charge and %20 duration is enough.

I just bought tempest bow on beta and i feel like do more dmg with new Lioneye's Glare thanks to Far Shot than with Tempest(about 1k dmg difference on LA tooltip). i hope that GGG is going to do something with fated uniques prophecy rates- atm tempest is worse for this build than lioneye and cost much less(2c vs 30 on beta :D).
And for me for maps clearing Split Arrow with pierce is much more faster than with chain.

Honestly this build created for tempest bow main reason behind this massive attack speed bonus and %100 light dmg. Unlike far shot this bonus stacks with every flat dmg source like wrath , flat dmg on gear and everything.

(3.0 patch buffs choir of the storm now %50 inc light dmg not on crit its global)

If you use lioneye and phys to light gem (has Gain (30)% of Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage at 21 lvl).Since you are converting dmg with lightning arrow and phys to light gem , You cant get the same bonus as flat light dmg as tempest.Extra %30 dmg on phys to light wont effect your wrath or other flat sources unlike %10 light dmg multiplier comes with %20 quality.

You do the math with Lioneye multiplier bonus is %170 with tempest is %250.

And lioneye glare has %5 base crit , the tempest has %6


I forgot the add this but herald of thunder also %15 lightning multiplier at %20 quality.

I have some updates im gonna release slayer edition soon but not this week i still not satisfy about his current status.And i hope ggg performance fixes works fine im still using pentium dual core potato backup pc.BUT Champion alternative gonna be add this week , i still think about pathfinder my opinion is cannot be done without break some eggs it reqs soo much skill point investment after slayer im gonna rewrite about pathfinder lets see it works or not. After 3.0 im thinking to make occulist edition with CI the problem is insta ES leech no longer exist and Es mostly dead i must see its viable or not.

These maximum magnidues for these ailments applay even in cases where you have stats that would increase the effect. This means that a player with 100% Increased Effect of Chill will only have to remove 25% of a monster's life with Cold damage to slow them by the maximum 30%, because this hit would normally slow by 15%, and that value is increased by 100%. Increasing the effect of Chill further, or dealing more Cold Damage, will not slow the monster more - it will just make it easier to reach that 30% cap. Shock, with a cap of 50% increased Damage taken, works the same way.

Hits that would shock or chill for less than 5% of the ailment's effect are ignored - i.e. a Chill that would only slow an enemy by 4% will not be applied.

Chilled Ground, or any Chill not caused by a Hits, has a slowing effect of 10%, unless otherwise specified.
Shocked Ground, or any Shock not caused by a Hit increases damage taken by 20%, unless otherwise specified.

There are new reminder texts for Shock and Chill so you can see these values in game, but they may not be applied to all the correct stats yet.

Another quick note: Power Charges now grant 30% increased Critical Strike Chance per charge (down from 50%) and 4% more Spell Damage per charge,
and Frenzy Charges now grant 4% more damage with Attack skills (as opposed to 4% more Damage). You can see these changes in the Charges page of the Charcter Panel.


Update 1> We got hit by another nerf only shocked ground loses %30 increased damage. and Power charge loses %20 reduced crit chance im gonna update this build soon as PoB updated total damage lost most likely like %10-15 less.New vinktar seems deal %10 increased dmg taken and with vaal light we get %30 increased dmg taken (i assume they are stack) Wise oak seems get nerfed to %15 pen. Basalt flask too 20>15.

Update 2> Edit:Diamond flask Nerf canceled , Vinktar is worse now no longer mana leech but since this build has spirit void vinktar mana leech isnt even needed to begin with.

Update 3> Assasin nerfed but we get +1 power charge , crit chance doesnt matter its already high its good for this build more crit multi better.I pity those assasin based dot builds Toxic Delivery literaly slaughtered (%100>30 more DoT).

Update 4> Assasin DMG updated , im gonna uptade alternatives too. Dmg loss like 70K ish.And i have news about Occulist edition ( With ES ) first its not gonna be budget (5-7Ex) all because of this ring its voideye replacement for occulist only , it has AS +100 ES and +2 gems perfect.I assume you can buy corrupted one for cheaper but dont expect to be lower than 1 ex since its MF related item and league only.Dmg would be less than voideye but everything is best.
