Can you fix arcane lightning helm texture on duelist head ? there is a huge gap with his naked skin in the middle of back of the helm...
I bought 8 boxes for this (1 day of real work in poland) and texture is broken, btw youtubers have same issue with it.

Stuff i got from 15 boxes. was very lucky with these :P

I'd like to weigh in here regarding duplicates.

I do not mind gambling and not knowing what I am going to get, but it does ultimately feel bad as a customer when you spend points and get a duplicate, that is essentially useless.

Gambling to get a random return whether or not its what you want is fine.

Gambling with the possibility that the points you just spent are lost, like I am literally at a casino losing money, is not.

This is bad and it feels bad and it should be fixed.

Do something about the duplicates? Give them some purpose?

Bought 5 boxes got 3x Necrotic Purple Helmet.... Disappointing.

Pretty disappointing I bought 60 dollars worth of boxes and the majority of my prizes are repeats. Out of 39 possible items I got 5 purple herald effects, 4 arcane halos, and the rest is duplicates of random set pieces I honestly don't care about. You guys lied when you said it was more ethical and had more of a fair chance in variety. Especially since I don't care about any of the rare items and I just want these so called "COMMON" exclusive crystals to decorate my hideout with. It's honestly pretty damn shameful. I can't help but think you guys code it specifically to keep giving me the same things over and over again. Who the hell needs 5 purple herald effects? I got one damn crystal out of it all. At least let me exchange or downgrade my "RARE" items that I do not care about down to a "COMMON" crystal. Especially if its exclusive. You're arbitrarily punishing people that prefer to decorate their hideouts over people that prefer to use MTX on their characters.

unboxed a lot of crates. In my case, the non-dupe value is something like 70-80% more than what I paid which is actually pretty great (40-45% discount). Calculated desirable non-dupe values and I get something like 30% more than what I paid which is 25% discount ish which is actually awful When compared to the past sale values.

especially now with the new sale system we have on, mystery boxes are an easy way to throw money in the gutter. When the sales boast discounts of anything from 10-90% and considering the armor sale we just had with several armors going at around 25-50%, it makes me question mystery boxes as a whole when there is no way to recycle duplicates. Even without a legitimate sale many armors sets still hold discounts if you buy the whole set. Getting a piece or two from a set within the crates actually lacks advantage. Unless of course, the two pieces you conveniently unboxed have a value of 180+ and that's without even considering the number of filler pieces you get in between.

I feel like an idiot knowing that with the money I've spent on this game I could've been the owner of every single armor set in the shop during the sale. I have spent a good amount of my coins since starting this game on mystery boxes as before sales on specific items were quite rare and I'm guilty of falling into the rush of gambling. I haven't complained about bad luck or dupes before because I know what I'm doing, but seeing all the changes coming to the game I feel like not having a way to recycle dupes is very much unethical. With the change to the way we equip mtx, having dupes on certain items is essentially useless when it's that much easier to off and on mtx. Otherwise, I would be happy if sale discounts applied to individual armor pieces as well.

I Won't stop supporting the game nor will I stop buying mystery boxes if there is something that catches my eye but I think it's a fair request that somethings need to be fixed. The system could be as simple as merging 5 items for x amount of coins or merging 3 items for a new mystery box. Just earlier I had 3 big boxes sitting side by side and behold I get 3 necrotic gloves. The first one? exciting. The 2 that followed it? quite depressing if you consider the implication. Those that get lucky won't need this system but for those in this thread that get shafted in this thread, it's a real kick in the shin.
