The patch notes did not mention anything about Frost Blades?
It was supposed to be changed from 40% to 60%.. |

kinetic blast caustic arrow dual strike viper strike and many skills still not work. that 2.5 meta again i think. spells and blade flurry. that more safe then mlee axe or sword
