What skills should I level with? Frost Blades from the start?

You make a big deal about how "budget" builds are misrepresenting themselves and what not and how you want to show us a build that is actually a budget build for all content (or whatever). However, you then go on to say that the build REQUIRES certain uniques (touch of anguish). Heres the problem with that: Any "budget" build that requires certain uniques is never going to be a budget build. A single Touch of Anguish is 73 chaos. We're supposed to dual wield them with this build.

At this point its no longer a budget build, because as soon as it gets popular these required uniques skyrocket in price. Any build that requires niche uniques like this can never be properly called a budget build.

I don't get how you manage to get the 40 dex in radius, here's a screenshot of my tree with the extra node (on the left) that I had to add to reach 40 dex.

There are 3 more unallocated dexterity notes in radius (on a vertical line on the left side)
DW Ewars is a big damage boost (it has global elemental bonus)

Yes you can DW, but from the early bergening you don't have any DW nodes, so you can take a shield or whatever. And you can run with the end game gem set-up. FB is nice to lvling with no issue, a bit of mana during the early lvl and you would be fine. Don't forget to cap rez and grabe life on your gear.

Not even close unfortunately.

That was during the last League i think. Right now they are quite expensive but not reachable at all. Only farming few currency and trade them for C should be easy. Before it was cheap and that why you could build this for less than 100C. later in the league i think we should get the Claw for nothing (more or less) And, it's not a build that requier 150 Ex stuff.

Well, the best way to know if it's work : just put your jew in the soket and check your character profile. Look the skill and you will see the cold Pen stat change if you remove/reput the gem in the slot. I did that because i was thinking "how it's work?" (like many of you) and i saw the stat change.

After that, it was obvious : Ni need to grabe the nodes. Just need to be in the raduis. I don't even count it. Just check and i have 30% ColdPen with FB. :)

How does this one make sense? Isnt there only 1 active curse?
