New areas? I mostly saw reskind old areas, with few new ones, but again either reskins of maps or similar to existing areas.

Where are the new npc's in these new acts? New towns?

What new story? Are we to believe that in couple of days you spend in ORiath, the wraeclast has bloomed, the grass has grown, the tribes have returned..

Judging solely Ziggy's video there pretty much were two new areas for each act replay, as you would call it. In addition we get one/two entirely new acts plus a new set of bosses as well as another sort of endgame progression.

But of course, like the post you replied to said, you can dumb down the entire game to the point where it is a replay. That raises the question, why we should even have maps, since they are just reskinned quest areas.

This expansion is significantly bigger than act 4 and also contains redrafts/new story content for the older acts, so I would not call that a replay.
