I don't understand your gems at all. Why do you have 1 million auras, you can't use all of those.. How do you apply curse on hit?.. Last but not least, my damage is pretty close to zero, and I have good gems. At lvl 70. Still room for lvling them up, sure, but.. I doubt I'll get from 4-5k to 50-100k.. wth? How can barrage be so bad? It's supposed to be a very powerful single target. Yet.. the dps is absolutely insignificant. I tried a barrage build once in the past, same problem, no damage. Wth?

Link ur character gear and passive tree. By the looks of it you are not following this build at all and the wand you use is complete garbage.

Yes I know it's garbage, I just switched to wand. With a bow I was getting a BIT better damage. But. I mean... 5k vs 100k? I'm not gonna buy an expensive wand just to test some stuff, and go from 5k to maybe.. 10k damage or less. The difference between my insignificant 5k and the damage I will need to map red maps... is mind freezing. With other builds I would normally have at least 5-10 times more damage at lvl 70. I even have decent gems, as in.. quality. And fairly high lvl. And a rat's nest with barrage enchant.

Also.. 'Anger, Wrath, HOT, HOI, Haste, and Discipline, along with curse on hit warlords mark/assassins on HOT'??.. I'm completely lost here. I never used more than 2-3 auras.. it's not not normally possible.. yet nothing is explained here. Is this a joke or what?
SO.. dunno how to curse anything with this build. It's got 1 curse, right? I don't have room for a blasphemy > temp chains. And I used Warlord's Mark until now, to leech. And it wasn't enough leech... Without it, dunno. I guess I'm gonna die a lot. : D

Pathfinder version, so may not 100% be accurate for raider version.
1. Yes you can reserve all the auras, look at the tree. It's all aura nodes, and you're lowlife. Of course you can reserve all those auras.
2. I don't use curse on hit. If I could afford the probably 100ex+ gloves required I could use corrupted curse on hit gloves, but it's not needed.
3. As you can see my damage is near to 100k tooltip and that's without power charges and using a cheap unique wand (Piscator's Vigil, which I continue to recommend to people over expensive wands).
4. This build derives almost all of its damage from its auras. That's why you go lowlife and run a prism guardian and so many aura nodes, so you can reserve more things to give you more damage. You're not seeing that damage because you don't have the auras.

Ok looking at your character:
1. Your wand is terrible. Get a Piscator's Vigil. They cost nothing and will probably quadruple your DPS.
2. This is a Crown of Eyes build. Get a Crown of Eyes, not a shitty rats nest with no ES. That barrage enchant barely increases your damage anyway.
3. This is a lowlife build, not a CI build. You need a Shav's. That's why you can't reserve all the auras.
4. This a lowlife build, you need a Prism Guardian to put auras on your life effectively.
5. Your ES in all the other slots seems very lacking. I can't see how you stay alive like this.
Also looking at the raider version, it seems that you apply Curse on Hit with the Herald of Thunder bolts, which you can't get if you have elemental focus on your KB. So that's your problem with that.
It seems like the problem you're having with the guide is you ignored 3/4 of it.

Shavronne's Wrappings makes it so that chaos doesn't penetrate your energy shield. This allows you to safely reserve almost all of your life (using auras with Blood Magic).
Prism Guardian gives auras in it Blood Magic (so they reserve life instead of mana) and reduces their reservation. I use this to spend about half of my life reserving Wrath and Discipline, as well as using the Blood Magic Support to reserve haste on the rest (this particular setup requires Skyforths and more aura nodes, but just for explanation's sake). So I'm reserving 3 things on my life and 4 on my mana. With a more budget setup it should still be easy to reserve 3 things with prism guardian and 2-3 on your mana, which should be more than enough damage.
If you go CI you will not be able to reserve enough auras to do damage with this particular build because you cannot reserve your life. It derives almost ALL of its damage from auras (if I remove my ring and all my auras I do literally 0 damage).

I just ignored the LL, I went CI. I will try a Vigil wand.. just for fun. But the guide is extremely scarce in info. The crown of eyes.. yea, I didn't pay attention to that, I don't think it says anywhere that it's important. I usually don't pay attention to gear, I want to use what I have, not throw away exalts just to test something. If something's good I'll try to invest more. But this is so.. way beyond my understanding. o O

Skyforth isn't really "required" for any build. Shav's is for this one. If you want a CI build to look at I recommend this one (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1865816).
I'm sure there's a way you could tweak it down to your budget.
