New player question:
Why don't you pick this part of the tree, with all these +wand upgrades?  PS. I have seen some similar builds using them (barrage/kinetic blast), but never Tempest Blast. Why? I don't understand it. |

Thank you for the answer! If I may ask a bit more though,
So wands generally don't deal physical damage? Or people specc them to elemental because it is better? Still, what about the other surrounding nodes - 15% dmg to wands / per node seems decent. Hi guys, trying to get this character set up and am here so far as raider:
Do I need significant upgrades to be able to do T16/Shaper? Should I prioritize a better wand or more defenses first? (Only at 3k ES right now but have a crystal belt lined up for when im 79, still only 72) Also, it looks like all the gear setups posted don't cap resistances fully? Am I missing something? u can use this for extra 12 all res :P its about 30c + divine it for +2 aura

" Yeah I leveled as something else and right now I can do shaped strands fine for future leveling to 90, i was asking more of a gearing question. Hey,
Might be a silly question - but what are people doing towards Chaos resistance? I feel like im getting rekt a lot in 75+ maps without really knowing why. Might be my playstyle since im rather new, but just wondering about sitting at -60% chaos resistance with Choir of the storm |

Also, is it possible to sustain skill spam without vinktar's? My mana leech isn't keeping up with kb cost.
