" Can't check your character but i am pretty sure you have very low Es. Honestly i don't think LL is the way to go for a wander in a temporary league unless you have stacks of mirrors and have nothing to do with them. You can get 10 mil dps as Ci and thats w/o getting the barrage enchant and you get the benefit of having 9k + es which makes end gaming a complete joke. LL is the ultimate dps build but it's simply hard to attain for 99% of population in a temporary league and even then with Bis gear you get around 6 to 7 k Es. I have big problems with survivability - my ES leech does not work. Any ideas why?

The leveling guide needs some help. Here are two items under 1c total. The wand generates power charges for some nice damage and with the ring you'll barely need to touch a flask. Now you can face roll your way to maps, cheaply.
