Is this build possible on any other character besides Ranger? If so, what would be the route. Thanks.

" Obviously you could play it with a Witch (Elementalist, Necro), Shadow (Assassin) or even a Duelist (Champion, a bit more passive point heavy). Elementalist would be plain damage increase, same with Necro (try to put in as many auras as possible). Assassin would be the typical "I take those crit nodes to be capped in no time, also don't need Skyforth" choice. Champion would grant perma-Fortify (which is a strong defense-alternative) and has some nice damage nodes, although you will loose quiet a few passive points for pathing out of that class. Raider and Pathfinder (both Ranger) are the obvious choices for a Wander. Raider grants you so much movement speed (very important, as you don't have any useful movement skills), frenzy charges for damage and most importantly Quality of Life! (you don't have to care about anything, you just attack and everything builds up by itself) Pathfinder is the obvious top-of-it's-class choice just because of the OP flasks (Vinktar, Dying Sun specifically). Your damage basically doubles with those two flasks and you also get immunity to elemental status ailments (HUGE Quality of Life for CI/LL chars) like Raider. Only downside of Pathfinder vs. Raider (imho) = Pathfinder may tax more on gear, without good flasks Raider is for sure better and a bit less Quality of Life because you have to play Piano all the time (have a good flask management). All in all ... if you're not picking Raider or Pathfinder, you're doing something wrong. And honestly, I would just go CI Wander instead of LL, because you can easily break 10k ES with CI - ok, your damage is not that stupid, but it is more than enough for end-game and 6k or 10k ES is a huge difference in survivability. U could instead just reply that u just linked ur account and i would have apologized for what ive said, but instead u went for the butthurt response so i guess u get what u deserve. And for the record also i did play on steam for the first 2 years n my account still show those years ive played on steam so either ur liying about it or ask GGG to import everything because they have done a bad job at transferring everything. And also i speficly said multiple time to not msg me in game n use this thread otherwise i could not play with all those ppl asking me to fix there shit.
Also to fix ur issue just lvl up everything including ur gem n get better jewel/better everything, has this being said multiple time this is not a budget build so don't expect insane result with minimum investement. everything look fine to me on ur setup/tree tho u don't need curse on hit/assassin mark since ur already generating PC with ur skyforth.
A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. Ill tell u if it ever happens

Noob here - is there a leveling guide for this as far as what points to focus on from 1-30, 30-50, etc? also, how do you get enough INT early on to use wands and barrage?

Second league for me and I've learned so much from playing this build, massive thanks to everyone who is posting here and ofc especially Worst_Luck and Philophil for each of their versions.
Currently acquired enough gear and extra currency to consider making a swap to Pathinder from Raider. Is there anyone willing to post a final version of PF they are running in the current Legacy league? Either PoB-link or copy pasta here is helpful. I want to make some comparisons between running a 7 aura Raider (aura reduction enchant) and a PF. Also there are a few different PF-variants floating around (templar aura nodes, PoL-setups, & Phil's newest GG PoB-link) so I'm curious what people opted for. Thanks! |
