Part of the reason I have completely new friends who still play is because I don't and can't give them gg gear that trivializes the game. In fact I don't play with them until they've done a full difficulty runthrough by themselves first, so I'm not rushing them through.

We mostly play leagues now with my guildmates, that way we can help each other without massive power creep. I usually wait a few days for the guild stash to be filled with leveling item tho ^^
