I own a xbox1, ps4 and PC and find these little tantrums pretty funny. Think GGG is going to lose sleep because some self righteous child wants exclusivity? They will embrace the new player base and new revenue stream. Good riddance.

Alright, I'm gonna try and do a combo breaker of negativity here.

I'm not gonna be all "refund supporter packs'/"not paying another cent"/etc. I'm gonna give GGG the benefit of the doubt here. To be fair, the make really gutsy, ballsy decisions and usually come out on top for it. I respect the hell out of them for that.

They've released really good leagues as of late and I'm a big fan of the multi-threading tech. If they really can prove that console porting won't affect PC side of things at all and the resulting revenue from console mtx/etc goes to making the PC side way better, then you bet I'm investing more into the game by mashing that M button.

So since nobody really knows for sure how this is gonna play out until it actually plays out, all that anyone can do is wait and see. Even if people ragequit and leave now, they're still set on doing this. So I'll give them a fair shot at it, despite whatever apprehensions and worries I have. But the first time the PC side gets a shit nerf because "well we couldn't do it on console, so we just nerfed it for both", and I'm out. I walked on D3 because of their aggravating dev team and I can do it again.

Any chance for controller support on PC? I am using Steam Link already and I'd love to play PoE on my couch.

Okay, these comments here drive me nuts.

When you buy Supporter Packs or Points Packs you are getting GGGold and, for supporters, mtxes/physical goods/etc.

And that's it. That's the transaction. You give them money, they give you stuff. Done and done. Once it's their money it's theirs to do with as they see fit.

As someone above me said, if you don't like it, vote with your wallet going forward. But to bitch about the past when you still have all the stuff you paid for is just ludicrous.

This will become a disaster.

1) The game is way too hard for the target market - Dark Souls is already a niche game imo.
2) Far too time intensive for a console game
3) The Engine still isnt in a state where it runs at 60fps all the time, even on a solid PC
4) It's not April 1st

You guys know Diablo was already a console game? The original Diablo was on playstation also, and it didn't kill the franchise.

If anything, it brought more attention to the game. Then d2 came out, and we all know how that went.

Blizzard fucked up from the very inception of d3, it's a completely different beast.

I am waiting for the Switch porting!

Anything you say after making an ignorant and supperficial comment like this tends to get immediately dismissed, no matter if it is valid or not.

Not everyone feels the need to publicly proclaim their deeds in order to garner acknowledgement; lord them over others; or needs to stroke their epeen with forum titles. It seems that you have forgotten that people can purchase skins, stash tabs, etc. without having to have the (IMHO) garish titles under their names. Or perhaps some just chose not to display them.

By your "logic", I should not venture an opinion since I don't have a supporter title, yet what you do not see, nor even consider the possibility of, is my currency tab, div card tab, quad tab, essence tab, 30 premium tabs, 4 stash tab upgrades, and 1 portal effect. Over 1000 points spent. Maybe not as much as some people, but it is still there and invisible to brave profile warriors like yourself.

Fuck the haters, I for one will be still here on the trusty PC playing the real deal and have faith that those xboners will just be helping to fund the onward and upward of PoE as a whole.
