Sorry for retarded questions, I'm pretty new to end-game builds.

I'm new to end game myself (have a HOWA ranger that's 91 and can do t15 maps, but that's as far as I've been with the game, and wanted to try other builds before I spent all my currency getting a shaper attempt).

I'm only level 68 with this build, literally just switched over to CI. But I've spent a bit and gone with the vagan dagger, void heart option, and so far have reasonable life leech from jewels. That said, I think my DPS isn't much higher now, than it was before I dropped Mortem Morsu.

Skyforth + Mortem would certainly be a great option, I guess there isn't a variant for that because Skyforth is the most expensive part by far ... seriously I thought "oh I'll spend a few hundred chaos and get a pair..." then saw the price, I'm sure they were only 300c last week, maybe I looked much earlier in the league.

Only thing you miss not going for Vagan dagger is it means your stuck with the Lycosidae (and you need a voidheart), so your ES will be about 1k+ lower, but your amulet slot is open for more DPS (and you don't need to worry about corrupting anything and bricking expensive items.

Shield Charge vs. Whirling Blades, to me having now tried both a lot, I prefer Shield Charge, more reliable fortify, triggers more reliably if you target too close/wall. I think this build would move faster with Whirling Blades, because of attack speed stacking. Personally I'm happy with SC, quality of life just feels higher.

So what damage has been higher? With Mortem or dagger?

Dagger whith maximum aps and chaos dmg.

Hey do you think a scourge claw with good rolls would be able to compare with a chaos ambusher for this build considering you get 70% double dipping damage from it

Leveled the character to 70 and got a somewhat cheap chaos dagger:


Thinking about going "Skyforths with Duelist leech" version because don't want to brick my gear (just bricked Voidheart with pretty good rolls :[ ). Do you drop Voidheart for this version because of Dirty Techniques? If yes, then I assume Bleeds on Hit mod is mandatory on the dagger?

Also, is it worth it to use Lycosidae with this version to lose some ES in favor of 100% accuracy?

While I'm only 79, wondering roughly what my damage should be, as I'm probably not going to spend much more on this character (because any upgrades at all seem to be 10ex each at this point in the league)



I know gloves need replacing, gems levelled and corrupted as needed, but in general, I'm not sure how much of an increase I'm going to see beyond this point.

Mb someone can explane what's wrong with my chaos flurry build? Its feels okaysh in maps but i cant kill guardians at all, and its not about lvl cuz i picked up all damage nodes. Im pretty sure i doing somerhing wrong but dont know why. Character - assflurry.

Hi Dan, could you give any detail about how you levelled? I'd be interested to see a life tree that you transitioned into ci from. I'd also like to know how you manged your ci gear at the start of the league, did you just save up, or did you create some of it yourself using woe and masters?
