[2.5 Breach] Just Another HOWA Spectral Throw Build - the same but different

Please update this build, pal. According to my experiences in Breach, it is by far the most efficient HoWa-Build.
We are all happy the nerfs with this patch didn't kill HoWA yet, so please take your time to update the passive tree! :)

Since I am his guildmaster, I can just tell you, that he isn't realy playing Legacy currently. His Shield-Charger got rekt with the AoE-nerf and I guess he got mad and left for now... or some irl things... I dont know.

But since he is not playing atm, I doubt he will update it.

He did update his passive tree in profile if someone is interested, items doesn't changed since its still HoWA so you need Int on every piece.
