I mean it looks pretty cool, in theory, but why do u really need the -8 mana thing, I don't understand that -8 at all.. and why skin of the loyal instead of any good ES robe.. and so on. also, u can't use daggers and whirling blades with this, which is a major problem, I think by far, the best defense in game, is whirling blades : D
so I was thinking of doing this, but changing the mandatory gear... but I might end up just wasting my time
indeed, evasion helps ES a lot, and it's a good idea to use them together. for an even better shield u can use a bow and soul strike. the only reason I don't want to ever do that again.. is, of course, whirling blades. and of course, u'd sacrifice damage, I guess.. although u can craft a +3 bow..

is this build still viable?

This build is nearly impossible to do on standard due to the people price fixing those colors of Skin of the Loyals. My only option is to do this in a league.. Unfortunate..

Interesting build. I'm doing something similar as SSF. But instead of using the Skin I'm using a es/ev shield and shield nodes for the Global defence boost. And rather than AA I'm using CWDT Votex. Do you have a budget version of your build for SSF players with bad RNG?

on the end you have the same damage output BUT(!) one jevel socket more, that means mre shild recharge, cast speed and damage=) and you get more dex, that mean you dont need it on your gear any more

overall the build continue to work as intended. ES is just lower but still around 10K.

However, one upgrade could be the new blight threshold jewel. Personally, im not a fan.
