Yes. Its mostly a defensive option.

Any idea of when you'll update the guide? Can't wait to try out the new version you're rewriting!

Is atziri acuity still bis gloves for this build? Since with life leech nerf i feel that good roll gripped gloves could be a decent replacement

I'm getting Str + Dex from nodes on tree + from gear. If you get pandemonious roll for max Dex on it + maybe helm/rings/belt with Str.
My full set up on Abyss league if you wanted to peek.
Personally I like to alternate cold pen with onslaught

I think you should be able to sustain power charges from PCOC easily enough. Skyforth is just a slot being freed up plus the stun threshold modification.

Overall very fun build. tooltip DPS is 225.8k with 8 PC and 4 FC+HoI+HoT up only lvl 87. hp is 3.9k haven't tried red maps yet but so far everything below is cleared very easily lol.

I'm personally doing fine in t13 maps with this build at lvl 86-89. Also can't afford atziri's yet and using lightbringer for a helmet for extra abyss socket. Those new jewel buffs for phasing and rampage feels so nice

This build is coming back & is going to be my league starter. Finally after a few patches of Elementalist being garbage, it looks competitive again. Will keep yall updated, and update the thread as I solidify what exactly I am doing in terms of gearing and all of that. Also going to have to completely reformat the guide once I begin that, since this guide looks awful & cluttered right now.

-> what do you think going shaper of desolation and beacon of ruin? It would look kind of good. And then paragon of calamity - reflect immune + leech. At the end Pendulum of destraction should be better from the golems?
The only problem is that there is no enough points to take mastermind of discord -> penetration.
