Good question, so when I wrote the guide originally we HAD to use Snakepits for the added projectiles, the very next patch they added the First Snow jewels which did the same exact thing, except for the fact Snakepits are still a big damage boost. I just found them to be pretty much useless for what I was going for, and how many uniques I already had to fit into the build.

But yeah, Snakepits are still definitely an option.

Thank you :) i am pretty happy with your build :) using 1 snakepit and 1 normal ring now. i am at 219k dmg with 5 power charges atm and it plays pretty good :)

First thing that comes to mind is your flasks. A simple Basalt flask, atziri's and maybe taste of hate will be great for physical damage mitigation especially.
