[2.5] Feather Flurry Dodge Raider

Offence:
>52000 Average Hit
>42000 Total DPS
>61000 Total DPS with flasks and Frenzy Charges
>130k BURST DPS at on 6 Stages release

Defences:
Assuming 50% Block, 50% Dodge and 50% Evade Chance, you will avoid damage roughly 87.5% of the time (excluding Evasion entropy).
We scale our Dodge to ~75% and Evade to ~55%, plus receive additional bonuses from Avatar of the Chase.  Block can be scaled at end-game, when the Life pool starts to be a bit restrictive.

Info
Block can be scaled up via x% additional Block Chance while Dual Wielding
Dodge is rolled before Block and is not entropy-based, ie. 75% Dodge results in a Dodge near-on 75% of the time
Evasion rolls after Dodge, but sadly is entropy-based
Evasion rolls twice for Critical Hits, one to determine if the hit lands (per usual) and then one to determine if the Critical Hit lands

Pros:
+ Max Spell Dodge
+ Near-max Attack Dodge
+ Reflect is mitigated by leech and Vaal Pact
+ Easily scale-able
+ Rarely hit by Critical Strikes
+ No mana sustain issues
+ Very fast moving
+ Super easy pack and breach clearing
+ Easily cross-spec'd into my Bino Flurry Dodge Raider build

Cons:
- Weak to degeneration effects
- Hard to over-cap resistances by much (due largely to heavy Unique Item reliance)
- Weak to some bosses
- Weak to Increased Accuracy monsters
- Low Life pool
- Hard to roll the chest piece

Gear:
Equipped

Links:
Recommended
Chest - Blade Flurry, Added Lightning Damage, Weapon Elemental Damage, Faster Attacks, Melee Physical Damage, Added Cold/Fire/Chaos Damage

Helmet - Hatred, Herald of Ice, Herald of Ash, Vaal Haste

4L - CWDT (L9), Bladefall (L12), Life Gain on Hit, Riposte
4L - Whirling Blades, Blood Magic, Faster Attacks, Fortify
3L - CWDT (L6), Immortal Call (L8), Summon Golem (L8)
3L - CWDT (L3), Blood Rage (L8), Less Duration

Passive Tree:
Level 85

Notes:
- Don't be afraid to take more HP on the tree, if needed (I just rely on Whirling Blades to avoid big hits or degens)

- Around level 80 or 90, start stacking Block on the tree to improve damage avoidance, otherwise stack more damage - else get Jewel slots that have Block and additional Physical Damage

- Can swap out Hatred for Grace for ~15k Evasion (or ~8% Chance to Evade) and swap in another gem in place of Melee Physical Damage, such as Added Fire/Cold/Chaos Damage, to only lose ~7k Total DPS for the additional survivability

What Flask you use?
Anything that scales evasion if you're running a QotF variant.
Atziri's is a good flask to scale damage for cheap.
This build seems confused to me. You buff physical damage and throw in Added Chaos, but you don't poison (these things on their own with Dreamfeather are pretty weak, Hatred and Herald of Ash are a waste considering the low physical damage). You use Weapon Elemental Damage Support but don't stack flat elemental damage on gear. You take crit nodes but have a low base crit chance and no additional chance on gear. In short, you'd deal more damage if you went all out elemental or focused on poison (phys + chaos + Poison gem).

You choose Raider but don't take frenzy charges or Avatar of the Slaughter... The point of Raider is really that 100% frenzy uptime, so it's wasted potential. You suggest Riposte, but your block chance is low in part due to Acrobatics. What is the point of Bladefall? It doesn't benefit from LGoH because it's a spell, and you don't scale spell damage so it simply tickles your enemies.

Ascent from Flesh, Hinekora's Sight... They're cute items but I wouldn't actually recommend them. You're better off with nicely rolled rares. The lack of life on helm, chest, belt, and ammy is significant. I find Immortal Call on high dodge or block builds to be a waste of a gem slot. Also, it's a good idea to list tooltip dps rather than calculate the dps on your own. Since Blade Flurry is unusual and doesn't account for attack speed, try to show both tooltip and attacks per second (then you can show your calculated dps so everyone knows what's going on). It's just easier to compare this way.
