I have around 24k top end using added lightning in place of faster attacks (for 56k DPS in hideout).

Breakdown for lightning dmg top:

Base damage:

Min: 248 (105*2 from HoWA, 18 from wrath, 20 from added lightning damage)
Max: 1924 (630*2 from HoWA, 286 from wrath, 378 from added lightning damage)

Hit damage:

159% increased projectile damage from the tree.
501% combined increased lightning damage and WED on tree/gear.
137% more damage from WED gem and elemental focus.
31% less damage from GMP+Spectral throw

So:

1924*(1+1.59+5.01)*(1+1.37)*(1-0.31) = 23912

Your profile says 590 int from the tree but when I go to the tree tab below it only totals 340 int. Where are you getting the extra 250 int from?

How do you calcualte "increased attributes %" from talisman amulet? I've been searching on google, on forum, can't seem to find a definite answer. For one, I'm considering to upgrade to a decent talisman amulet. Just can't know for sure if it will receive same amount of intelligence as astramentis, let's say 16% increased or 30% increased intelligence.

Also, what are your opinions regarding dual curse? I've figured it out that lowering resistance doesn't help much if monster is well overcapped such as 150% xxx resistance. As lv10 elemental hit on hit provides -29% and CWDT of conductivity provides -29, so if i go dual curse I could potentially get -58% resistance against heavy bosses.

Do you guys think it's worth taking?( cost 6 passive points) for that extra lowering -29% resistance.

the thing is the return of projectile will have less damage than usual if you have point-blank node, so you are sure it's getting more damage? because lightning dmg varies a lot

It's just your imagination.

However, after hitting an enemy with spectral throw, you don't get any credit for a subsequent hit until 0.3 seconds or more have elapsed.

This means that, if you stand at near maximum range for spectral throw you might not get credit for the return hit - because, 0.3 seconds might not have elapsed since the outbound hit.

To avoid problems, stand as close as you can to your target, safety permitting, especially when using slower projectiles to ensure that you do damage on the inbound, return hit.

It's possible that you were standing at range with slower projectiles and were thus cutting your damage in half, making point-blank look better.

Offers a lot of options, going Forces of Nature next myself while speccing out of the ES nodes next to Deep Wisdom, also specced into Charisma, explained why in my last post. Alchemist or the jewel slot next to it are more options to consider.
