Hello guys, this is my character and I just seem to not have this DPS everyone is talking about. I have 31.4k DPS in town, 37k with golem and wrath. My ES is 9.2k with discipline. Im lvl 89 with 961 INT. I have 20/21 SP and Added Lighthing damage. Im missing Uber lab, i wanna do it for myself but seems impossible with this DPS. What I should improve on my gear? Rings? if yes, what do I need to look for? Int + Elemental damage? Any help is welcome. (sorry for my english)

Get the penetration Vinktar's version. The one you currently have is the worst one and does nothing damage wise.
Cap your fire resistance. Get a crystal belt with int and elemental damage.Likewise you should get int on boots + resistances.
You are missing quality on your 6 link.Get them all to 20.
Replace that magic jewel with another fertile mind(get at least 22 int on them).
Eventually you'd want to upgrade your rings.Search for opal base preferably with high int>wed+ resistances/ prefix opened for % Es or already crafted, depending on your needs.
I am not sure but i think you are missing some skill points.Make sure you did all the quests that grant you skill points.W/o bandits, at level 89 you should have 109 total points.
You can get 2 more jewel slots in 3 points.
Search for ones similar to this:
http://poe.trade/search/umetononigokow
You can also cap your resistances with them if you find it hard getting them out of your gear.
Incorporate a curse setup. Cwdt(lvl 1)>Bv(8)>coh>Proj weakness/Conductivity for more damage or enfeeble if you are feeling squishy.
Spec into point blank.
Now with all said and done ,even with your current gear and damage , you should be able to do Uber lab pretty easily.Make sure you take care of the mechanics from the first 2 phases and it's faceroll or just get a carry if you cba'ed.

Point blank would likely be good for Blade Flurry, but for Spectral Throw it's probably a DPS loss.
The reason for this is that Spectral Throw can do damage twice: once while outbound and then once more on the return provided that at least 0.3 sec have elapsed between the hits (actually, it's possible to hit mobs more than twice by zipping around, provided that 0.3 sec elapse between each hit).
So although Point Blank may increase the initial hit damage, assuming you're in close proximity, the return hit is penalized - probably a net gain of zero.
And, of course, for mobs at a distance, you'll do less damage with Point Blank.

Can I use a pair of Skyforths instead of getting Unwavering Stance? Or should I just sell 'em to further fund this? I haven't started anything, but i'm really tempted to do so.

Skyforths will work - but you'll probably want to go Crit HoWA in that case. There's a separate crit HoWA thread if this interests you.

Point blank doesn't work with blade flurry.
I forgot to be more precise. The op is struggling with dmg on bosses so i made the sugestion taking that into account. With slow proj, point blank is boost in damage.
In terms of mapping it becomes good when you have enough damage so you just one shot packs and you don't rely on the return damage.Otherwise yes, in his case,at best it does nothing.

Good point, LOL. I tend to mis-think of that as a projectile attack, when in fact, it isn't.
However, PB isn't worthwhile even for single target, and especially for pack clearing.
For bosses, use slower proj and face tank - point blank doesn't help since you'll hit twice with slower proj.
For pack clearing, mobs at range take less damage with point blank - it's very likely going to be slower.
