[2.6] CI HoWA ST - Uber / Shaper / Guardians Down - Budget Friendly?

I am satisfied with all of my gear except for possibly my glove, one ring and maybe belt. I think my accuracy is too low, and Shaper's Touch decreases my resistances by too much. I recently tweaked my tree to get Finesse, which bumped my accuracy to 83%, but I had to take one of the +30 strength nodes for Immortal Call. Does my tree need further change? I am level 91.

What should I focus on for those three items? I have been trying to find a good ring or glove with tier 1 or 2 +accuracy, but have had no luck on poetrade.

You have done an excellent job, both on gear and the tree. I have only very small tweaks to suggest.

Gear:
- I'd swap the Rumi's flask for The Wise Oak, and make sure your lightning resist is highest. This will give you an additional 20% lightning penetration, which is huge.
- I'd swap the faster attacks linked to Cast When Damage Taken for Warlord's Mark. Whenever the CWDT is triggered, you'll auto curse a bunch of monsters, killing them grants endurance charges, and those charges make your Immortal Call last much longer.
- Lastly, your claws are average - try to upgrade them for 12% INT claws with higher elemental damage rolls.

Tree:
- Swap the three INT nodes to the right of Arcane Focus for the INT / DEX nodes to the right of Deep Wisdom instead. That will save you a point.
- I'm not a fan of Point Blank, unless you're fighting a guardian or shaper up close and personal using Slower Projectiles. That will save you another point.
- I would suggest dropping Finesse and the supporting DEX node. That would save you another 2 points.

I would put those points into three things:
- Pick up your last Frenzy charge. 2 points.
- Swap the DEX nodes near the Ranger start with the Projectile Damage nodes directly below them. 1 point.
- Start heading for Alchemist with your last point. It works remarkably well with Primeval Force.

6k es and 6k dps 800int

You still have a bunch of skill points into life skills, but you've already taken Chaos Inoculation, so those are wasted... 4 points around Written in Blood, 3 points at Blood Drinker, 2 points at Heart of Oak, Prowess for another point... Those 10 points will go a long way towards increasing your ES pool.

Add to that gem levels in your chest... 20/20 gems really do make a big difference. For instance, if I drop to your gem levels, my hideout buffed tooltip goes from 58584 dps to 46375. That means gem level are going to boost your damage by another 59% - that's a huge boost.

Probably poison. Unlikely that it's freeze - or any other elemental ailment, as we are mostly immune to those from our Avatar of the Veil ascendancy. Reroll one of your bleed flasks to counter poison, and you should be good. For the most part, I just kill some more mobs, and I can outleech any DOT effect.

You're absolutely right on your gear, that's some top tier stuff. Given what you must have paid for that, I'm shocked you're not running at least near perfect claws yet. NICE 3 rat, btw. I'm seriously jealous.

You'd be better off using Shaper's touch and taking the 2 points for Finesse and putting them into Cloth and Chain. That would give you 45% resist instead of the 48% currently on your gloves, and fix your accuracy issues, and it's cheap. Unless you pick up a set of Shaper's Touch corrupted with Elemental Weakness on hit! Expensive, but BIS for sure.

Your Two-stone ring could use an upgrade. If you go the Shaper's Touch route, you won't need accuracy there, so just INT, resists, and a nice fat elemental damage roll. Not cheap, but not terribly hard to find, either.

Belt... I'm on the fence there. Sure, you could get a crystal with much better ES, but somehow I doubt you're lacking in ES, and the reduced flask charges is really useful, especially with Primeval Force. To really make that shine, you should try out Alchemist as well.

I'd swap out the DEX nodes near the ranger start for the projectile damage nodes below them as soon as you get a spare point.

Your "Of Staunching" flask is a mana flask - it won't go off if you're at full mana. You are almost certainly dying to Corrupted Blood (or possibly Bleed as well) while at full mana. I recommend that you change this flask type to some utility flask that will always go off - preferably one giving you 3 applications before it's out of charges; not recommended - but possible - stick with the mana flask but make sure to use your main skill so that you're not at full mana.

No 40/40 for me this league - I'm taking a couple weeks off to go on vacation. Very limited internet access for the duration. We'll see what happens when I get back...

Current gear:


Current tree: Passive skill tree build

Running triple Fertile Minds, single Brute force solution, and the rest are triple mod damage jewels.

Damage in HO is 36211 with nothing, 37597 with lightning golem, 43565 with golem and wrath, 52165 with Ancestral Protector as well.

If I switch GMP for SP, fully buffed goes up to 89131.

Path of Building says effective DPS is 126701.9 with GMP.

I'm only running just over 9k ES, however, I haven't died from anything recently. Haven't found anything that can oneshot me in single player, and vinktars leeches me back to full health as fast as I can blink.
