[2.6] CI HoWA ST - Uber / Shaper / Guardians Down - Budget Friendly?
Hey guys.
I'd love it if someone knowledgable took a look at my passive tree and give me any hints as to how to improve it rather than the general "swap dex nodes for proj nodes" but other stuff. Things im thinking about are such as is Primeval Force worth it ? Would it be benefecial to take jewel nodes like the one next to CI ? I mean yes 8% mana is useless but youd get another gem with 3 points. Anyways heres my profile link https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/petekf/characters took a look if you will. And yes i know my gear needs a lot of upgrades but its mostly about passives at this time :) Also how would The Blue Dream jewel work for dps ? "So, you really should swap the Dex nodes near the Ranger start for the projectile damage nodes right below them. Just had to get that out of the way. ;) Seriously, though, your tree is pretty damn optimal. You shouldn't need Primal Spirit, which would give you 2 more points to play with. When picking tree nodes, there's some pretty limited criteria for this build. We're looking for either: - 10% damage mods per node - Extra ES - More INT. Mostly this is pathing, making sure we take INT nodes over others, or Dex / Str if they are withing the range of Fertile Mind / Brute Force. So, the extra jewel socket near CI? It costs 3 points to get to, and a good jewel will give you ~30% damage, so ~10% damage per node. Primeval Force? It's 6 points off the tree, and it gives you 81% damage boost, so, over 13% damage per node. Absolutely worthwhile. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably drop Primal Spirit and toss those two points either into damage nodes or towards getting Alchemist, which has a very nice synergy with Primal Force. PS: Blue dream math - at least 2 points for the jewel socket, +5% damage, ~2.5% chaos damage per point... not worthwhile. Current league IGN: Teldra_Anc_LAD

Hey. Wouldnt The Blue Dream be a 5% more modifier instead of increased though ? Is that not how added dmg works? Im confused really and i dont really wanna blow my C just to try it out :D
And yea i'll probably drop primal spirit and keep primeval as it is nice for an occasional reflect mob aswell. I'll invest into alchemist pretty soon i think tho. Should have it by lvl 94 or 96 dunno which yet. Choosing between going for Alchemist, Coordination for that attack speed, or more ES now as i've lost almost 500 ES in the respect tnx to all the dropped int and my ES is now 9.5k. HI, Im running this build now and its awesome but just a few questions. What can I improve on my gear and can I run uber lab with it? Im currently level 80 with 1.155 int 8.8k es and 30k GMP ho tooltip. Im currently sitting at only 85 accuracy though (feelsbadman). If I upgrade my gloves It'll messed up my build and I still need to run uber lab for my last ascendancy. any tips would be highly appreciated. Great build btw, cheers!

When gearing, what should be the topmost priority? Or are there multiple priorities?

I tweaked the tree a bit - skipped the Forces of Nature area, Nullification, and Sniper to take Coordination, Acuity, and the ES nodes by Deep Wisdom. Don't remember for sure, but I think the changes got me more ES and DPS.

Also: Late in the game, Three Rat talismans are a huge improvement over Astramentis - I think I'm getting around 200 total Int from mine, plus a good amount of resistance. |

"Now that's a nice tree. I wouldn't personally be too concerned with the ES nodes, I'm running with less than you and still don't die, although a lot of this is probably playstyle. The blue dream... 5% more is the same as 5% increased. Say you do 100 points of damage, and you have 5% increased - 105. Added 5%? Also 105. The only difference is that one is Chaos damage, and the other is not. However, 5% damage that ignores ES / Armour isn't that useful, and it's absolutely not useful when we're putting out damage numbers like this build does - mobs still die in a single hit. 11 to 12 weapons are absolutely min/max territory. WED rolls are a bit more important, especially if you're looking at gaining 5% on a single claw. Still, I'd upgrade damn near everything else before I start looking for perfect claws. When it comes to endgame upgrades, I mostly run in cost order - so I'll buy 4 attribute jewels for 1ex before I look for 4ex claws. Current league IGN: Teldra_Anc_LAD

"Trade your Rumi's for The Wise Oak, and made sure Lightning resist is your highest. This will give you an additional 20% lightning penetration. Also, drop your mana flask back to a Hallowed. Hallowed uses 4 charges instead of 10, and refills ~350 mana. You probably have less than 300 left unreserved, so the extra 700 mana is just wasted anyway, but with the Hallowed you get 5 uses for 20 kills instead of 4 uses for 40 kills. Ideal roll on the mana flask is saturated and of staunching - fixes bleed, and because it takes longer to refill your mana, you are immune to bleed for longer. Add another mod to your silver flask. The rest of your gear is pretty damn decent. You should have no problem running uber lab - I did it with less ES and way less tooltip. Admittedly, I've done Izaro literally thousands of times over several leagues, so I might have a small advantage. Current league IGN: Teldra_Anc_LAD
