Acszarka - The frenzy charges are generated by The Swift Killer Ascendancy.

I took this build up to Lv 92 and it was a lot of fun...a tried a few maps in 2.6 and it still seems viable. The changes to Vaal Grace actually seem to be helpful.

how much DPS on tooltip is needed to outleech shaper DPS?
