Am i misssing something ? in the CI Version you stacked tons of Powercharges, how do you generate them ?

" Ele reflect isn't a problem unless you roll it on a map. And if you feel it's that problematic, you can just get the elementalist node. You can't proliferate chaos and that's where most of the strength from this build is (along with curses). If i dont want to use your setup for 6L chest what can i use for a vaal regalia 6l? im new im the game so i dont "understand" this set up on chest thanks :)
