would be Herald of Ice + Thunder + Curse on hit + Ele weakness be an option for pure lazyness compared to wrath? Or its a big dmg lose?

Hey just started playing this build and love it. Just wanted to check when should I be using Blood Rage with this build? It seems to eat up my life while I'm mapping if I'm running between enemies for an extended period.
