Yes, "More" is not increased.
If you don´t know the difference you might want to check that on the Wiki. "More" is alot stronger than increased. Current Builds:

I started leveling this build, lvl 51 right now (act 4 cruel). Its by far the slowest and hardest leveling experience this league for me. I have a tabula, caped resis., weapon is a mightflay, following the tree step by step. Im feeling squishy as hell with...

Just turn to blade fall , make good setup 6L and enjoy on fast lvl-ing. That was my way.

My selfcast bladefall setup ended in 70+ mana cost... unplayable =/...
It took me years to kill deodre and co. I think cruel malachai will be my evening programm. Im surprised, i didnt die until now. | |

just level up with facebreaker and shield charge
until you get the aegis shield and buy yourself a Rive Terror Claw. With Gladiator's Violent Retaliation you can clear packs very quickly | |

You take Mana Reservation nodes as shown in the skilltree provided in the opening post.

Just hit 91 on the build, loving it so far. Not really sure I can upgrade my gear much more, sitting at 5k life and 1.5k es with 23k armor in h/o and 65% chance to block. Is now my go to character for pvp as well, only problem is against CI.

Happy to hear you like the build :) In PvP my Problem was more the ammount of unblockable and Chaos Damage... everyone is doing Chaos damage or unblockable damage like Scorching Ray, ED, Explosive Arrow. Even Warchief Totems kill me with the Bleed from the Disfavor. The only Meta build that is a good matchup in PvP is HoWa imho. " Did you want any suggestions on upgrades?
