Wow, seeing a Chris post in PoE forums must be a Christmas miracle.

Let this be a sign of future Chris communication with players in the PoE forums.

But seriously, this is great news. I know you (Chris) have been concerned about server side processing load (millions of calculations per second) going way up this year as PoE playing speed has dramatically gone up this year all in the name of "fun to play". Yes, speed killing is addictive and fun. If the whole of PoE playing speed was cut in half the backlash and shit storm that would ensue would destroy Grinding Gear Games. So, with the fact that the server side simulation is being seriously overloaded (especially on weekends where lag is noticeably more frequent) the only logical solution is more added game servers to reduce the total number of sessions per server.

Is this "more" or "increased"?

The last couple of days were beyond terrible to play on any EU server. But today, especially during peak hours everything went back to normal. Well, maybe it's just a coincidence or I was getting lucky, but I choose to believe it's the new servers GGG has been adding. Breach is a great league and it's a terrible feeling not being able to play because of tech issues.

Anything about getting disconnected for too many actions? Almost every build that uses movement skills such as shield charge/whirling blades getting kicked out quite frequently. Is this issue under a priority fix?

This is such a good bad thing to have.

Not enough servers = players get mad and realms are unstable
Not enough servers = more players than expected, which means PoE is growing!

if breach are saturating the servers, you wont be taking actions to make Dominating blow better, therefor more played
