The drawing represents an Eternal Noble Lady and a portal (mandala fragment - like) opened behind her. This is also a present for a very special friend of mine. I want to share it with you too and to submit in PoE talent competition.

It s very cool. Like really really cool but nothing to do with poe sadly it seem when I went on your page. I would vote for it just because it s really nice but I would love to see you making something specific for poe .
She is sagitarius it seem right? HEy you should design poe armors, your style is great.

Conditions

- The competition will run from the time of this post until Monday the 16th of January at 5pm (NZT).
- Submissions made after this time will not be counted.
- Any work that is submitted must be your own and must be created after the launch of this competition
- Multiple submissions are welcome.
- If you want to create a montage or mash-up of other artist's work or videos, this is permitted as long as it follows all legal guidelines of fair use standards.
- Troll submissions will not be considered for the random draw prize.

However, I would think that the permission should come from the artist rather than Grinding Gear Games.

I'm not going to get into whether or not the Shaper picture belongs to KamilQ, but that's Grinding Gear Games's conditions, posted in message 1. As for the legality part, I don't think using someone else's work here would be permitted under fair use because this is a public thing. Fair use laws basically say you can only do it if it's for personal use.

I seen photoshoped submissions (see reddit thread right now) with other artist photography works that are way more controversial than just handcopying game art.

I'm not the one questioning it. I just responded to the person who was, with Grinding Gear Games's rules and a small bit on Fair Use laws.

I have no intentions of getting involved with who owns the image or where it came from.

Always wanted to see some snow in path of exile, so here is my contribution.
