3.0 UPDATED] Raider Elemental Crit Spectral Throw - Shaper and t16 viable

i just swapped from other build to this build again ( i was playing this build in Breach league)
and i was thinking to myself , why not using a Claw ?

Hey guys planning to give a try to the build in standard, but befor resetting i'd like to have an opinion on the gear i'm willingto use cause i haven't got so much currency to spend:



Maybe the piece to change is the amulet?

If you really want you can use them, but it will make it a lot harder to cap your resists and most likely will cost you damage from your rings/amulet. I dont really see much reason to use them tbh, 5% dmg per power charge will give you a total of 15% inc dmg which is pretty much nothing, the power charge generation against non bosses (while clearing trash) is more than good enaugh usually, and yeah... They are not bad but just dont rly give us anything for this build. To me they look like they are exclusively designed for discharge.

I'm at around 33k dps with gmp in hideout atm. I got 70% crit rate. Any tips where I should increase my dps? I've cleared all content but would love to get more out of it.

Probably another Weapon with more ele dps and crit multi or something along those lines

I've got absolutely no idea which piece to upgrade at this point. I need more damage.



Several other question:

1.) And do you think I should replace my life flask with Dying sun?

2.) The Vessel of Vinktar which I'm currently using gives flat lightning damage instead of 10% lightning penetration, i tested it and it seems to be more dmg, am I doing a huge mistake? Should I go back to lightning penetration Vessel of Vinktar?

What are your thoughts on Foil + Lycosidae versus two HoWA on this build?
Is HoWA only viable on CI builds? Is the loss of "cannot be evaded" and the extra crit too punishing?

Well a good geared Howa does more dmg but takes alot of INT investment + you dont really go crit so you have to focus on different rolls .. so it would be best to go ci as Howa but ci is not in good place atm.

I have reached 60k Hideout Dps with my build now wich is insane. I am using Rats Nest tho while still having 6k life .. most fun build i have played until now.

what is differenCe between foil and claw? ppl says that Claw is better, but i have and dunno what weapon type should i choose
