If I can fixed Path of Exiles
Please note this is my opinion.
1. The Lord's Labyrinth traps add Hit Points kill them off and safe to pass, to portal out without progress loss, and save points of the next area. 2. Izaro must be one fight, no three/mobs spawns stuff. 3. All monsters have experience regardless of character level. 4. On Cruel/Merciless drop Resistance Penalty, and Experience loss on Death. Okay which should I play D3:ROS
Here my Beef on that game 1. Most gear is useless until level 70. 2. There difficulties 20 compare to 3 in Path of Exiles 3. Above level 70 they insist on set armor/weapon legendary sets on higher Torrent levels. Doccbp87 said this "So basically make the game casual and easy? Go play a different game. The Lord's Labyrinth is Path of Exiles version of Star Trek Kobayashi Maru no win scenario, if you on SC it breaks 2 rules, checks point are need so not restart of the beginning of the Maze. I actually don't agree with OP on points 2. 3. 4. But I definitely agree with 1.
The reasoning why I agree with that is because traps deal %life and it's consistent if you were to even screw up once by passing the trap. I'd love to honestly see a change in how traps deal damage or better yet slow their trajectory by a lot. Because honestly Izaro isn't the issue it's traps. If you wanted to party up with a friend on the U.S or Australia or another location where your ping would be exceedingly higher than normal you couldn't run the lab together (Hardcore speaking) also can apply to standard, because the traps will almost instantaneously destroy you because of how it deals damage. I would love to see a change in that regard. But only that regard. Everything else the OP said will never happen because if it did than the game would be less fun & enjoyable. Bored!

That would defenitely not be a fix, It would be making the game easier then it already is. Even if the most vocal population of PoE (those who actually bother to come to forums and express their concerns) talk about the how labyrinth is too hard etc. They are still a minority, the majority of the population is mostly cool with how the game is at the moment or has some little concerns that are obviously not enough for them to bother coming to the forums.

Most Traps are not move of the way, you still get hit and lose Hit Points, if you do not use your flask, you will die. Start back at the beginning The Lord's Labyrinth, sorry but no thank you. Izaro is part of the problem. The final boss has to be 2 fights in order to kill him. 3 fights, and mods/spawns and some classes, it will be a fast death. About having a party, if you got slow internet speed, solo the only way to play the game without being knockout by the server or you local ISP. Beyond my opinions this rocks, and I am having fun.

Well,maybe these kind of games just isn't your thing then...? These games are my thing, flashback to the 1980's computer games like The Bard's Tale monster levels and Hit Points is location, and a dungeon it is set dungeon level not character level. The main reason is more than one character is in play, and yes low level characters will faster than high level will be alive and kill the next boss. |
