100% disk usage during PoE

Okay SO for those who dont know .....path of exile works that way :
Theres a file or a files that works as .rar or .zip if you start a game or load a map all data is temporatly extracted from that file which causes a big load of HDD (not SSD) due to extracting those data ....even when u use DX11 all effects addtional are used from that file so thats why u get a lag when encountering a huge ammount of mobs or effects at once....so not everyone can afford a SSD and my HDD gets always at 100% when starting a game or loading a map and many times it disconect me cause it takes too long to load a map or city it also slowly destrois regular HDD by always loading 100% i have strong pc and i get lags cause i dont have SSD so i paly at DX9ex so i can have at least some peace but yet still i gets drop frames sometimes so why dont make it viabe for all ppl and spread data for easier and faster loading ? if anyone knows "fix" to this well ill be glad but i tried everything so far still the same
