I got all of the above without conc now (swapping that with inc aoe for bosses)

I think I made a major mistake. Used no Conc, only increased Crit Dmg by now, huge dps boost.

Conc+IncAoE work together.
Conc=137% more ignite DPS(1.54*1.54=2.37)
It's very important gem.
IncAoE can cover penalty of Conc.

I also realized I had Add fire damage to spells on my staff... gg xD, I should read and think before I do crafting

So I rerolled my staff yesterday and got a +2 to fire gems and spell damage and fire damage. My question is how good is the +2 for fire gems as I can't find any info on plus to fire pen? How much does this add.
