Emberwake was not my plan originally too, but I decided that to be able to do breach in red maps it's probably the best option defensively. Other option is to buy Xoph's Blood which is 10 times the price of Emberwake.

How is xophs a replacement for ember? Wouldn't they work best together?

Sorry if what I said is out of context. I was referring to Emberwake compare to a rare ring or Mokou's Embrace. The reason I mention Xoph's blood is because its a more defensive option as well, so if you have Xoph's Blood replacing current amulet, you can go nuts with your ring.

Mokou's Embrace is the much better offensive option, however the 25 more chance to be ignited can kill you in higher tier maps, before you finish uberlab and get Avatar of the Veil. I think a good rare ring with added fire, weapon ele damage, life and resist is a good option as well, but finding such ring is not an easy task.

Quick update, today I finally found the last uber trial, and completed Uber lab for the last 2 points in Avatar of the Veil. While having the twice enchant prophecy to be precise. And I managed to enchanted my boots with what I considered the best possible enchant, which is the Uber lab added fire damage if you've killed recently.


I'm considering buying Xoph's blood for the 100% conversion and try out other skills like split shot or whatever, but Mathil effect happens and Xoph's blood is now 10c higher than yesterday.

DPS with Burning Arrow GMP now is up to 58k on full buff and charges.

Hey, I just started this build yesterday and am up to 43ish. It's great so far but I'm making two slight changes. I've added Pyre to the mix and am running hatred instead of anger. 100% Fire damage as of now and I can't wait to get to Xoph's Nurture!

Hi, I've tested Pyre before as well, but the problem with Pyre is that it destroys corpses on kill, which make proliferation not possible. You will not be able to proliferate from dead corpses which is the main clear speed mechanic.

Ohhh, well then. I can use this Crit ring in place of it then. I didn't catch that, there was some proliferation but not as much as I had expected. Thank you!
