I absolutely hate timers!

What I can also see is players will need insane speed(both clear/movement), not to mention builds that use standing still skills(SRS etc) will be at a huge disadvantage. I'm really hoping GGG makes the timers so that slow builds(dps, movement, attacks) can do them easily also.

Personally I do love the idea of the golems/jewels, and I might play around with it, since I'll be a summoner anyways.


Srs is by no stretch of imagination slow.....

Well, I made my own hybrid summoner, which didn't have any room for a movement skill. Also, SRS requires you to stand still while summoning. So even if I had a movement skill, it would still be slow due to having to stand still.
Just to note: I didn't have any movement speed on the tree either, and was using bones of ullr.

YOU dont have to move fast.THEY have to.If srs is moving fast,its clearing fast.Typically,summoning them,even 4 of them can clear screen(s) till you reach on them to resummon again.Its a fast build....For more speed use flasks

Maybe im blind but i only seen him using 1 golem... all the others were zombies

Also clearing maps this fast is retarded and i will not have any part of it

Also when minions can do content skills cant theres anoter problem

Golem Summoner is decent, but not as good as the poison Animate Weapon that Uber played at HC essence.
No need to nerf it. Summoners deserve some love.

seems like ggg want us to play the build they like, wich is imo always a bad idea. let US find our own builds as always and dont take our hands and show us how to play with the new uniques...

The wiki is wrong. In the video it clearly says Limit 1.


The wiki isn't even necessarily wrong. It says "if you have three" not "for every three". If you have 6, you also have 3. It seems to be a binary(trinary?) check, either you have 3, greater than 3, or you don't. The output in game is +1 golem +1 golem +0 golems.

I'm not convinced his claimed extra 30k chaos dps is all that good since:

1) it's inconsistent, who knows if the golems are standing on top of the target you want, or if the chaos puddle will hit them?

2) the damage loss of making golems expire that were mid spell cast only to have the two new ones go run to the target and start casting


Yes, the wiki was wrong. Plain and simple.

It has been corrected since that post to show that Anima Stone is: Limited to 1. Just like the quest reward jewels from Through Sacred Ground.

So, if i resume the patch:

- RIP cospri's builds
- no balance life / es
- buff BV ...
- buff totems
- new jewels to play golemancer
- Blade flurry still doing more damages than any other melee (but is it a melee skill btw xD)

Thus, we have the choice : playing a billion dps build BV or BF with non-sense builds using abyssus and 10k+ es pool for example or playing a very annoying totemer or golemancer.

Playing since the beta, never seen such a fail.

I guess GGG tooks the wrong way: integrating more and more powerfull mobs/bosses and there's no choice to kill them: on the one hand, you can choose to keep them at 1 screen distance from your char or kill them while totems are doing their job and just avoid to be hit by anything, on the other hand, you can choose to burst them as fast as possible. As players were creating more and more inventive builds that can burst faster and faster the bosses, so GGG added more powerfull and powerfull bosses and players created more and more powerfull builds...

Armour is now useless, evasion is useless, just get an high pool of ES and put as many burst as you can on your char. Leveling is also quite useless cause we can now just run poorjoy's and get our level 93+ in one week.

Sad, i'm just sad of what is becoming this game
