Will you move "[2.4] Burning Vortex Double Degen Tank - Budget to Riches Witch/Elementalist Build Guide - HC or SC" from Vortex to Flameblast? I know it has "Vortex" in the title, but the guide itself even says that Flameblast is the main damage-dealer, and it describes Vortex as merely a "useful utility."
Also, it's a 2.5 build, not a 2.4 build.

With the 2.6 update, this guide has now a build for both Elementist and Necromancer. If you just want to keep it at one: the ELE tag wil suffice :x
