As stated in the organizational heading, all builds are kept in the list for at least 1 cycle prior to being archived. 3.0 builds are for the most part still fully functional in 3.1 - with the exception to Vaal Pact potentially. If a major change had occurred to the skill tree I would consider it with worth more merit.
