[2.6] HC Kikazaru's Cursed Occultist--CI Soulmantle RF Totems Uber Iz and Atziri down

Description: HC based CI build with RF totems using newly buffed soulmantle + 2x kikazaru and self flaggellation to create dual high damage, high AOE totems that also make use of a high aoe blasphemed flammability curse and EE and Ele overload via orb of storms. Defensively uses ephemeral edge (whirling blades enabled), high ES shield, and discipline for a decent ES pool (11k+ at lvl 83) and has further layered defense via high aoe blasphemed temp chains coupled with a lvl 1 CWDT GMP arctic breath to slow nearby attackers to a crawl.

OK, maybe not the shortest description, but it has a lot of components. It has smoothly taken down Atziri and Uber Izaro, and had no trouble with the hexproof -max rez T13 gorge map it ran just prior to posting the build.
