I play as Trickster/Assassin BV.
And i don't have currency for expensive unique flasks, so i use CRAFTED flasks with SURGEON MOD!
And now:
1) BV hits per second goes from 20 to 5. 4 times less.
2) Flask charge generation shared among flasks, so i will get down to 5 times less.
(If you have all 5 crafted flasks with Surgeon mod).

So now we get down to 20 times less flasks charges.

As for Pathfinder, Master Surgeon got chances up to 100%. So:
Before: 20 hits = 2 charges for each flask. (total 10).
Now: 5 hits = 5 charges, total 5 charges.

So what we got:
1) Pathfinder flask charges generation reduced to HALF of current.
2) NON-Pathfinders build got it reduced 4*X times, X= Flasks (crafted) with Surgeon Mod. AS for me i used 3/4 crafted, so for me it is 12/16 times LESS!


OH YES FORGOT MENTION THAT:
With restriction to only 1 flask charge every 200ms, it is now DOESN'T MATTER you fight PACK OR SINGLE MOB.

No hp/melee update? AGAIN?

I wonder how many pure HP/nonCrit mara/duelist beat all the game content since Ascend related to any of the other ES builds. 5000 to 1?

This game was about build diversity, and its not what I'm seeing this days.

ES is Far superior and has way more ways to easily achieve a lvl of power that a HP build cant simply reach at end game.

HP builds don't add anything in party play in end game maps,
if we sacrifice Life for Damage we die, if we get life and neglect damage we may survive, MAY, but we might as well go solo an die of boredom or just spam curses or whatever cause we cant do damage in party..
(I bet that's why we had an increase of auramancers and supporters.)

For ANY life based build to achieve the minimum power (damage and survivability) of the recent ES based build there's only 3 ways:

-Go RF (but still.. ES version is better, and can do enough damage in party to make a diference)

-Go totems

-Go discharge

Any other build u try will only work in STD if u get your hands on 200exas, and buy a Legacy KH.

HP cyclone is dead
HP flicker is dead
HP reave is dead
HP quake is dead
HP dual strike is dead
HP cleave, GS, FB, IC, IB... All Gone

Really sad.. because if I go ES-LF and get a shav and a skyforth.
I can run all this and whatever I want and do better than a min maxed Hp build.

I run HP since closed and I refuse to go any of the ES-crit-discharge-streamer meta BS since then,
so know I am right.
HP and melee become crippled after nemesis and its getting worst since then to a lvl of being just content to avoid..







ES no need nerfed!
HP no need bluff. STR+Life = 13-15k life....

As life based RF is hard to keep up after red maps and now they've added more mods to reroll, so I don't think it's a good thing anymore.

Discharge they just nerfed 2 good weapons for that, mjolner was already bad, now it's completely done. Cospris will probably survive till the next nerf. (just like they did to mjolner)

There's totem now, judging by the new uniques and buffs, I guess they want flame totem to be a thing.

But it's lame to play life when all the game wants it's for you to join the [CI + Leech] club.

Fix the horrible looking utility map already. It looks like something out of an nes game.

While your at it may as well remove discharge from the game. It's clear that it causes too much strain on your programmers.
Does it mean that we can find Breaches also on standard league ? :)

Have self RF with no legacy KH and 870+ STR. Reached 8600 HP with potentially cap is around 10000 HP.

What I do wrong?

And yes, RF build not needed a tons of damage/spelldamage/otherdamage/aspd/cspd nodes to be viable.
